2-4 tablespoons of a carrier liquid (choose one):
Witch hazel (for its astringent properties)
Distilled water (for a simple toner)
A non-comedogenic oil (like jojoba or grapeseed) for a moisturizing serum
Equipment:

Instructions:
Prepare the Solution:
